Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

We’re located in the rolling hills just above Black Canyon Reservoir in Emmett, ID.  We are about a 40-minute drive from Boise, depending on traffic. 

There is parking on-site for roughly 100 vehicles.

What is your standard rental time?

Our hours of operation are 10am to 10pm but the venue can be rented up to 3 hours earlier for an additional $100 per hour if you need more time to prep for your event

Can I bring my own catering service?

You can hire any cater for your event.  Caterer must have a Idaho health permit and proof of liability insurance.  Due to insurance reasons, no cooking can be done on-site but there is a kitchen prep space with a commercial fridge for cake, flowers, etc.


Can I bring my own alcohol?

You must hire an Idaho licensed and insured alcohol vendor with a permit valid in Gem County (a.k.a. traveling bar) to bring and dispense all alcohol. Hard liquor is okay as well as beer & wine. Proof of your hired alcohol vendor's license and insurance must be submitted to us via email at least 1 month before your event.

Can I have a rehearsal prior to my wedding day?

Yes, rehearsals are scheduled based on availability.


Do you have an on-site coordinator?

No, but we have terrific resources and will make referrals

Is there an insurance requirement?


Yes, we require proof of liability insurance.


Are there outdoor spaces available?

Besides the rustic indoor event center, Seven Springs Ranch is located on 57 acres with plenty of outdoor spaces for your event as well. 

May I bring my own decorations?

 Yes, however some restrictions may be enforced. 

Do you help with set-up and tear down?

Manager or approved staff will oversee set-up and take down of the facility owned tables, chairs, etc. before and after event. Any personal items are your responsibility. 

How do I secure a date?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the venue rental fee and a signed contract are required to reserve all dates.   Final payment due 30 days prior to event.
